INTRODUCTION OF STANDARDS DOCUMENTS
GENERAL
Pursuant to Chapter 7, paragraph 7.1.1.1(c) of the ICAO Annex 15 and Article 8 paragraph 11 of the Civil Aviation Law 2002-2008 (L213(i)/2002), the Licensing Section of the DCA’s Safety Regulation Unit will promulgate as deemed necessary various Standards Documents in order to set, explain and clarify procedures and standards related with licensing issues as specified in JAR-FCL1 (Ministerial Order 307/2008) and ICAO Annex 1 (Article 4 of the Law 213(i)/1988).
PROCEDURES
Notification of the promulgation of such Standards Documents will be carried out with an AIC.
A hard copy of the Standards Documents will be available to all concerned and may be obtained free of charge, directly from the Licensing Section of the DCA at the following address:
